Overview
Car Dealer Tracker helps dealers manage inventory, expenses, sales, clients, team access, reports, subscriptions, and cloud sync. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and website.
Information you provide
The app may store the business records you enter, including vehicles, vehicle photos, expenses, sales, clients, debts, account records, parts inventory, team members, report settings, and account profile details.
Account, sync, and subscription data
When you create an account or use cloud sync, account and dealership data is processed through Supabase so your records can sync between your devices and authorized team members. Subscriptions and purchase status are processed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may use privacy-focused analytics, attribution, crash diagnostics, and masked session diagnostics to understand app installs, onboarding, errors, broken flows, and subscription performance. Diagnostic tools may collect device, app version, country or region, event names, and technical metadata. Text inputs and images are intended to be masked for session diagnostics.
Advertising and attribution
We may use advertising and attribution tools, including Meta, Apple Search Ads, RevenueCat, and website pixel technology, to understand whether ads lead to installs, trials, subscriptions, or other app activity. These tools may process identifiers and event data according to user consent choices, platform rules, and each provider's policies.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the app, sync data, manage subscriptions, secure accounts, support team permissions, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, improve onboarding, measure ads, and communicate important account or service updates.
Sharing
We do not sell dealer business records. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Meta, PostHog, Firebase, hosting providers, and email or support tools. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the app, users, or service integrity.
Data retention and deletion
Business records are kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can request deletion of account data by using the in-app account deletion flow where available or by following the instructions on the data deletion page.
